How Alita Meets the STRR Guidelines for Urban Development

Alita, located in Kacharakanahalli, Near Soukya road, 10 minutes away from Whitefield, Bangalore, is a residential project that meets all the guidelines set by the Satellite Town Ring Road Planning Authority STRRPA. The STRRPA has been established to develop the Satellite Town Ring Road STRR, which is a 280.8-kilometer ring road under construction around Bangalore.

To ensure that Alita complies with all the necessary regulations, we have received approvals from various authorities. For instance, we have obtained a Khata certificate, which is a legal document used in Karnataka to calculate and file property tax. We have also received an NOC from the Pollution Control Board and a completion certificate from the Public Works Department for our road works.
